Earthquake MC43 Mini Cultivator
The Earthquake Mini Cultivator is a valuable tool for ensuring your soil is in prime condition for planting season. It’s a gas-powered tiller (like TROY-BILT PONY ), which means you don't have to rely on an extension cord to reach your garden. It cuts into soil 6 inches deep and 10 inches wide. While this isn't as deep or wide as other tillers featured in our lineup, it should still meet the needs of those with a small garden.
As with all the rototillers featured in our buying guide, you must assemble this unit first before you can use it. It's a relatively simple affair if you follow the instructions properly. The user manual provides easy-to-follow, step-by-step instructions on how to put it together. There are no special tools required because you can attach and tighten the bolts and wing nuts by hand.
At 33 pounds, this is one of the heavier rototillers on our lineup. However, its weight is offset by the machine’s two-cycle Viper engine. This powerful engine makes it easy to push this garden tiller through the soil.
It's important to note this garden cultivator does more than just turn dirt. It also allows you to weed your garden, aerate the soil, and easily add and work in fertilizer directly with the dirt. Tilling your garden soil not only provides fresh earth for newly planted seeds that helps your plants grow to their fullest potential, but it helps water reach plants' roots more easily.
The tiller features a gas-powered engine, so you don't need an extension cable to plug it into an electrical outlet. Gas-powered tillers can also be a good option if your garden is located far away from a power supply because you're not tethered to a cord that stretches all the way to the closest electrical outlet. However, with the Earthquake Mini Cultivator, you do have to use the right kind of oil and gasoline (and the correct ratio), which you can learn about in the product's user manual.
Unlike most of the garden tillers we've featured, the Earthquake Mini Cultivator has a recoil starting system rather than an electric starter. This means that you'll have to pull a cord to start it, much like a lawn mower. It's not a huge problem, but you may have to pull the cord multiple times to get it started – especially as the machine ages.
The Earthquake Mini Cultivator is a gas-powered tiller that features a powerful engine and performs multiple garden-related tasks. When properly maintained, it should last several years.

Primos Proof Cam
The Proof Cam 02 is the next unit I will be testing in this year’s Proof cam line up, notated as “Gen 2”. If you head to the store to buy one make sure you see the Gen 2 or check the model number as it is very similar to previous models with the same name. This is a relatively small camera with a front face wrapped in a darker camo pattern, which I prefer, while the back is solid green color. On the front is an LED array that encircles the camera (for example:MOULTRIE PANORAMIC 150 GAME CAMERA ) lens. The LED array is black in appearance even though this is definitely a red flash camera. Present is the python strap around the front of the camera which in my opinion is a good design for those who do not want to spring for the steel lock box but want better than average security. This design at least keeps someone from opening the camera and tinkering with it or removing the SD card. It is a better design for the Python in my opinion. This is not a new design and I am glad the designers kept this feature. The bottom of the unit supports an external battery port and a threaded insert for mounting while the back/sides offer a strap slot. I have a small complaint about the strap slots because I can’t use my CustomOne Enterprises adjustable mount with this camera.
Like the Proof Cam 01, this unit uses switches to change its settings. all you do upfront is set the date and time once and you are off to the races. The tiny screen provides status information and picture count. The screen and the switch panel are lighted but the buttons are not. Better take a flashlight with you.
This little camera offers everything the average consumer needs in a camera with an easy to use interface. i had the camera up and running quickly.

Best Portable Charger
Everyone needs charging. Our bodies need it when we are drained; plants need it so that they can grow without any hindrance; our minds need it so they can be more prolific. But what needs more energy than anything else, considering the lifestyle we live today, are our smartphones and gadgets.
Yes! It’s true
Our smartphones have become necessities in our lives. Google Maps, WhatsApp, and other communication apps have become an essential part of our day to life. Hell, you need your smartphone even to book a cab!
We have all experienced a dying phone, especially while traveling. A portable external battery pack is just what you need to rejuvenate your gadgets.
While there are tons of options available for a power bank, your decision should entirely be based on your consumption and requirements.
Whether you are hiking in the woods for days or commuting to work every day, there is a suitable option available at your service.
You can find battery packs ranging anywhere between 3000mA to 30,000 mA. A 3000 mA battery pack (for example: GOAL ZERO YETI 1250 ) has enough power to more than double your phone’s battery life provided the battery pack is 100% full.
It is usually advised not to plug in your gadgets for charging when you are charging the power bank. But once your power bank is fully loaded you can let your phones/tablets/speakers leech off the juices of the power bank.
Parameters to consider before buying a power bank
There are several factors you should evaluate before pinning down the power bank you want to invest it.
High potential or compact?
Usually, the power banks with high capacity (like 20,000 mA to 30,000 mA) are heavier than the power banks with lesser potential. So you need to decide whether you want your backup power bank to be portable or high in capacity or both (difficult to get this deal, though).
Usually, a smartphone has a 2000mAh battery. This means if you have a basic power bank of 2000mAh you will be able to charge your phone once.
Going higher in capacity will allow you to charge your phones multiple times. But this comes at the cost of portability.
Higher power banks also cost a bomb.
Gadget’s input current value
It is also advisable to check your mobile device’s input current since this is directly proportional to the amount of time your phone will take to charge.
Many users have complained that it takes longer to charge their phone via power bank as compared to the wall-mounted sockets.
Most phones draw as much as 1 mA to charge at a normal speed. If your phone output requires more than 1 mA, then you should consider getting a power bank which can give the output accordingly.
The same goes for your tablets and iPads. iPad Air, for instance, draws 2.4 mA to charge. If you were to plug this in a 1 mA output USB port of the power bank, it is highly likely that your iPad will refuse to charge. Or it may charge at the speed of a snail.
So if you have an iPad or a tablet, consider getting a power bank that can throw at least 2.5 mA. In fact, your iPhones will charge faster if you use a higher output power bank.
How many ports?
Check how many devices you are carrying. If you travel with more than one gadget, then you could consider getting a power bank with more than one USB ports. But you must not ignore the fact that the greater the number of ports, the higher the cost of the power bank.
Usually, power banks with more than one USB input can output around 2 mA of current in each port. So the total output when you are simultaneously charging more than one device will be around 3 mA (not 4 mA since some energy is lost in the conversion from higher voltage to lower voltage supply).
This further means each of your devices gets around 1.5 mA of current. So both your gadgets should charge at a decent pace.
If you are a forgetful person, then you should definitely invest in a power bank with in-built USB cable.
Quality or money?
Everyone loves an inexpensive buy. But when it comes to technological purchases, it is better to invest in a branded reputable product than buying a cheap makeshift gadget from the flea market.
Poor quality of the power bank can affect the charging of your gadget adversely. It can mess up the original battery of your phone. Some users have also complained about overheating of their phones.
The battery packs can burst and cause major damage to you and the surrounding area. So it is always advisable to choose quality over the price.
Think of all the important features missing in your power bank fabricated after excessive cost cutting.
So what’s the bottom line?
Here’s a list of a few things you need to jot down before making your purchase.
Find out the mA required by your device. Get a higher output (at least 2.1 mA) power bank if you want to charge your iPad. The iPhone will still filter only 1
When will you be using your power bank most? While traveling to a place like the Spiti Valley or just doing the daily up and down commute from home to work and back?
Carrying multiple devices or just one? It is always good to have an extra port.
Need any extra add-ons? Like built-in power cable, LED flashlights, USB hotspot and so on.
You work on those questions, and you won’t be confused in the pool of options available for power banks. You will be able to make a thoughtful and wise investment and get the best power bank for yourself.
You can always buy the power banks from e-commerce websites if you are looking for discounted prices and assured quality. Avoid purchasing your backup power from the street markets.
Usually, you will come across many kids selling such items in fancy colors at traffic signals. These products are usually fake and will end up damaging your gadgets.

Does Open Office Environment Really Work in Business?
Open office environment has been talk of the town these days. If you visit offices of start-ups n Silicon Valley or even in well established companies the leaders are tearing down the walls of cubicles and putting up open desks. According to International Facility Management Association, nearly 70 percent of companies have open office environment.
The open offices take various shapes in different companies. Some have just long table and chairs along it so employees are sitting side by side. In other places they still keep the cubicle walls, but the height is reduced so that employees can see each other without having to get up. In some other offices you will also find open spaces where employees can gather to discuss.
Collaboration is the primary benefit being touted for creating open office environment. The argument is that when employees are sitting in close proximity without any walls they are able to have impromptu meetings and brainstorming sessions. This in turn leads to quick resolution or even new ideas. But the question is – does open office environment really work? There have been several studies done recently that make the case that it does not help. On the contrary it hurts employee productivity and even collaboration. According to the study conducted by Science Direct majority of 42,000 participants in their study were dissatisfied with the open offices.

Why Communication is the Most Important Skills for Business Leaders
What did Martin Luther King, Nelson Mandela, Winston Churchill and Gandhi have in common? They were all excellent communicators. Their speech could galvanize the entire nation and spur everyone to follow their footsteps. Think about what they have accomplished by defining a clear vision and communicating that effectively and in simple terms so that even tan illiterate person could understand what he was being asked to do, and would do it without asking any question.
Such is the power of effective communication. While good communication is no doubt important in politics, its importance is no less in the business world. When you think about it a business leader is tasked with the same mission as a political leader – to galvanize the entire organization to rally behind him and give everything to the business he works for so that the business would prosper.

10 Most Unusual Ways to Promote Your Business
When companies form, they instantly think about how they can market their brand. You won’t be any different because you need to advertise to sell products and make money. That is how the industry works. Still, that doesn’t mean that you can deviate from the norm by choosing different marketing techniques. The ‘experts’ will try and tell you that there are only a few ways to ensure that you effectively market your brand, but they are wrong.
There are hundreds of ways to market your brand if you know where to look. In fact, there are several unusual ways to market your brand. And, these are the ones that you want to concentrate on if you want to make a splash. The great thing about the weird and wonderful world of marketing is that it is new and fresh. Unlike the tried and tested methods, consumers aren’t wise to them, which makes them more effective.
If you are a non-believer, here are ten methods you can try that will transform your marketing strategy.
Door Hangers on Door Knobs
One great way to hit your target audience is to target their specific location. That way, you know that you are talking to them directly and will listen. Marketing can be hit and miss for the reason that companies don’t tailor their campaign – they spray bullets and hope one of them hits. Door hangers are different in this sense. But, they are also different because they stand out from the crowd. The perceptive ones among you will realize that a flyer or a leaflet will have the same effect. But, everyone has seen a flyer before. In fact, most people are predisposed to throw them away before they read what is on the page. Door hangers are unique, which means the target will have the courtesy of reading it before they make a judgment.
